Mounting

May 17, 10a.m. – 8p.m. Mounting of booth equipment and big-volume exhibits
May 18, 10a.m. – 8p.m. Participants’ arrival, booth mounting,
exhibits arrangement
Dismounting
May22 4p.m. – 10p.m. Exposition dismounting, participants leave the exhibition grounds.
May 23 9a.m. – 8 p.m. Dismounting of booth equipment.
NOTE
In case of exhibition mounting/dismounting prolongation indoor space according the participant’s request the additional charge is 100 EUR per 1 sq.m, per 1 hour, but not less than 380 EUR for the whole space.
In case of exhibition mounting/dismounting prolongation outdoor space according the participant’s request the additional charge is 50 EUR per 1 sq.m per hour.
